Host Committee Registration Form

Cine Plaza at the Fox will offer a VIP reception on Sunday, March 14 at 1:00pm at the Fox Founder's lounge. For $100 receive 4 VIP tickets to the reception and 4 tickets to the March 14th "La Cucaracha" Film. Host Committee members will wine, dine and reminisce about the wonderful memories of Cine plaza with friends, family and neighbors.

Please send payments to Chispa Foundation, PO Box 35312, Tucson Arizona 85740. All checks should be made out to Fox Tucson Foundation. Orders and payments must be received by March 5th for names to be listed in the Cine Plaza Program.
