Dance Workshop Levels |
Level I, II, and III music workshop participants must have basic sight-reading and insturment performance skills. Participants must bring their own musical instrument. No instruments will be provided. Viva Arizona! Workshops are intended to enhance participants’ existing musical knowledge. |
Level I, II, and III dance workshop participants must be able to demonstrate the basic footwork of the performing discipline. Not doing so will result in being reassigned to the Beginner level. *Must be at least 5 years old to participate in dance workshops. Beginner - No previous training necessary. |
| *Level I - Music Must be in the 4th grade (minimum 10 years old) Basic sight reading skills required. At least 1-2 years experience required. |
Level I - Minimum 3 years dance instruction. |
| *Level II - Music Minimum 3-5 years music instruction plus performance experience. Sightreading skills required. |
Level II- Minimum 4-5 years dance instruction plus performance experience. |
| *Level III - Music Minimum 6 years music instruction plus performance experience. Sight-reading skills required. |
